Today, For stay younger, stay slim and fit for our surrounding climate everyone take green tea in improper amount , and because of these many people have face many problems (affects) related to the health. So, there is need of aware about HOW TO TAKE and WHICH AMOUNT you should take these green tea in every day.

Today there is Green Tea is like healther option for our daily milk tea. Green Tea is like tea which gives energy and also many health benefits , which our daily tea is not. So, because of these many peoples take these Green Tea in more amount and also in many time. So, There is chances of getting harmful affect on our Health…So, Let’s Know Everything about GREEN TEA.

WHAT IS GREEN TEA ?

Green Tea is prepare from the younger leaves and buds. Black Tea is tea which is prepared from the dry leaves . So, for the Black Tea there is need of many processes like chemical process. So, there is more chances of getting harmful affect on the health. Which is less or nothing in the GREEN TEA.

Green tea no needs more boiling process . Only tea bag is deep in the boiling water. health facts are allowed to mix with water in that time.

MILK in GREEN TEA ?

Many peoples are not like Green Tea without milk, but if we add milk in the Green Tea. Then, there no any health benefits from these type of tea. So, We have to avoid mixing Milk in the Green Tea.

Can we add ADRAK , SHUNTHI , LEMON, HONEY ….

If we want to increase the health properties of the Green Tea , then we can add some amount of adrak, lemon or tulsi leaves. For Increasing the Anti -Oxident properties of Green Tea , we have to add VIT-K lemon. if you like orange then u can also add some juice of them. You can also add some amount of Honey , for increasing properties.

But We have to take care that, Avoid mixing all ingredients at a time …

HOW TO PREPARE GREEN TEA :

Take first one vessel , with poured boiled water. Then dip the Green Tea pouch / bag. Then wait for 4–5 minutes then take these , with removing these bag.

if u want to add another content lie adrak, shunthi, lemon then add these things during boiling of water. And if you want to add Honey in the Green Tea then add honey at the time of drinking Tea.

IN WHICH AMOUNT WE HAVE TO TAKE THESE TEA…

*Green Tea is astringent and bitter in taste. So, for the people who have acidity problem,take these in small amount.

* Anyone who have problems related to Hair like hair loss, weak hair….these people should avoid mixing lemon in the Green Tea. due to the acid present in the lemon there is incresing chances of hair related problems.

*Green Tea is taken only 2–3 times in a day. and it also be in the proper amount.

*If you have Pitta Prakriti , then you should avoid adding things like adrak, shunthi and tulsi , in more amount. because of these feel the problems like burning in the throat, acidity, hot urine production.. So, avoid adding more amount of other drugs in Green Tea.
